When Only One Power Unit is Installed
(Connected to the POWER SUPPLY 1 Connector)
This power unit is named as "power unit A".
(Procedure A)
(1) Remove the front cover of the power unit A.
(Refer to Section 8-1-1.)
(2) Loosen the screw and rotate the cover of adjustment
potentiometer by 180d.
(Refer to the following illustration.)
(3) Remove the front panel of the HDS-7150/7100. (Refer
to "2-5. Removal of Front Panel".)
(4) Remove the board holder and the lower fan assembly

Parts on the Front".)
(5) Confirm that the redundant switch is set in the "1" position.
(6) Turn on the power switch of the power unit A.
(7) Confirm that the all indicators (D13, D14, and D15)
on the CKG-26 board light. (Refer to page 8-5.)
(8) Connect the digital voltmeter between the test termi-
nals on the CKG-26, VSW-66 and the OUT-20 boards
and to the connector CN4 on the CN-1539 board on
the top of the fan assembly. Confirm that the voltage
value of each test terminal meets the specification
shown in the table on page 8-5.
If the specification is not met, adjust the adjustment
potentiometers of the power unit A as shown below.

. When connecting the probes of the digital voltmeter
between the test terminals, be careful not to contact the
probes with the GND areas of the shield plates, etc.
. The voltage measurements of +5 V (B) and +5 V (C)
are performed at the VSW-66 board and the OUT-20
board that are each inserted in slot 13 and 16.
