IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The safety of electrical appliances from FIRST Austria complies with the recognized technical
directives and legal regulations for safety. Nevertheless, you and the other users of the appliance
should observe the following:
• Please read these instructions carefully before using this appliance for the first time and keep them
for further reference.
• Only connect appliance to alternate current power supply with voltage as specified on nameplate
(grounding outlet).
• For use place the appliance on a clear, flat and heat-resistant surface. Distance from the wall should
be at least 5cm. The area above the appliance should be kept free to allow an unobstructed air-
circulation. Never place the appliance or supply cable on hot surfaces. Nor should the appliance be
placed or operated in the vicinity of exposed gas flames.
• Make sure that there is no contact between the supply cable and hot parts of the appliance.
• The appliance becomes hot during operation. Therefore be careful not to touch any of the hot parts.
• Over-heated fats and oils can ignite. Food prepared with oils and fats (e.g. french fries) should
therefore always be prepared under supervision.
• As long as the appliance is hot – even when not connected to the mains – it should be under
supervision. It shouldn´t be transported with a saucepan on the hot-plate – danger of burning
oneself. Allow the appliance to cool down fully before cleaning and storing away.
• The plug should be disconnected: after use, before cleaning and in the event of malfunctioning.
• Never dip the appliance into water. Also protect cable against moisture.
• Children do not realize the dangers which can arise when working with electrical appliances.
Therefore they should only be allowed to use electrical appliances only under supervision. Special
care should be taken in the presence of children.
• Do not pull at the mains cable for disconnecting appliance from the mains supply.
• If the appliance or the mains cable show any visible signs of damage they should be examined by
trained personnel or by customer service as special equipment is required in this case.
• We are excluded of liability for all damages that may arise if the device is used for purposes other
than originally intended or if it is used inappropriately.
• If there is crack on the heating plate, immediately cut off the power supply and stop usage.
• The appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall
not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:

• High hardness crystallite with metal housing
• Thermostat control
• Any flat cookware can be used
• Easy to clean without remnant
• High efficiency, the temp. can be reached to 300°C within 30 seconds

HOW TO USE:
1. Make sure the control are in the "0" position, plug in.
2. Any high temperature resistant cookware with flat bottom can be used on the appliance.
3. Put the food into the pot and put on the pot on the center heating place.
Remark: The better the pot, the better the cooking result. The base should be flat as possible. (see
the fig. B)
4. Heating select switch:
1, 2, 3 used for Boiling and Steaming function
4, 5 MAX used for Baking, Frying function
5. After use, turn the heating select switch to "0" position and unplug the appliance from electrical
outlet.
6. After using, the appliance still hot, it is suggest to warm the foods.
7. Please plug off after the appliance cooled down.

MAINTENANCE:

1. Please plug off before cleaning the appliance.
2. Wipe the ceramic glass surface with a damp cloth and a little neutral cooktop cleaner, then rup dry
with a clean cloth. Remnants of cleaner must not be left on the surface. Please do not use coarse
scourers or abrasive pan cleaners.
3. Please do not wash with water directly and please do not immerse into the water for cleaning.
4. Please make sure the bottom of the pot should be clean to avoid dirty the ceramic hob.
WARNING:
1. The cooking zone will become hot when you cook, always keep away from the appliance.
2. Do not use the appliance to heat the room.
3. Take care when plugging in electric appliance near the hob. Connection leads must not come into
contact with the hot surface.
4. Dot use any caustic, abrasive cleaners! The surface could be damaged.
