The analog I/O (S10 AI/S10 AO) module and pulse counter (S10 PCT)
addresses set on the J.NET side must not overlap the CPU addresses
(EW400 to EWFF0) set on the analog counter screen. Failure to observe this
rule may result in a malfunction.
When using S10/2α series or S10mini series AI or AO, set the I/O type
according to the following rules:
