6. Press the ON/OFF switch (2) to turn the ice-cream maker on.

7. Immediately pour the ingredients through the feeder hole in the lid into the cooling container.
8. Let the appliance operate for about 20 to 40 minutes. The maximum operating time is one hour.
Please note: Homemade ice-cream is often softer than industrially produced ice-cream. If yours is too
runny, pour it into another bowl using a plastic or wooden spatula. Place the bowl into the freezer for the
ice-cream to solidify.

Cleaning and Maintenance

1. The cooling container, stirrer and lid can be cleaned with warm water and some mild detergent. Rinse

thoroughly. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
2. Never put any part of the appliance into the dishwasher. And never put the motor unit into water.
3. Make sure all parts are fully dry.
4. Never place the cooling container into the freezer when it is still wet.
5. Never store the stirrer and its shaft in the freezer.

Recipes

1. Vanilla ice-cream
Ingredients: 3 egg yokes – 50 to 60 g sugar – 200 ml milk – 100 ml whipped cream – a few drops of vanil-
la extract
Bring milk to the boil. Mix egg yokes and sugar in a bowl until mixture becomes white. Then carefully pour
the milk into the bowl stirring constantly.
Pour the mixture into the pot again heat it stirring constantly until it forms a film on the back of a wooden
spoon. Caution! Do not boil.
Add cream and vanilla extract. Let cool, and then fill preparation into the cooling container (while stirrer is
already turning).
