Enjoying Karaoke
When CDs or tapes with recorded voice and instrument
music are played, it is possible to lower the volume only
for the voice part. In combination with mic mixing, this
permits easy enjoyment of Karaoke.

Connect a microphone.
1 Turn the MIC VOL. control fully
counterclockwise.
2 Plug the microphone into one of the
MIC jacks.

3 Adjust the volume balance between
the music input and microphone in-
put.

Play the music.

Sing along with the accompaniment.
After the above steps, you can record your karaoke sing-
ing onto a tape. However, note that the karaoke singing
using a tape cannot be recorded onto a tape.

To increase
microphone
volume
÷ Set the MIC VOL. control knob to the fully counterclockwise position
when the microphone is not used.
÷ The microphone audio cannot be reproduced while the DPSS function
of the cassette deck is in use.
