Water Filter Drain Valve

Approximately once every 6 months
If the water pressure is still weak even after
performing descaling
1.
Close the shutoff valve. (  Page 53)
 The water supply stops.
CAUTION
Do not remove the water fi lter drain valve while
the shutoff valve is open.
Otherwise, water may leak out.
2.
Press "Wand CLEAN" button.
(Release the pressure from the water supply pipe.)
 Water comes out from around the wand.
3.
Turn the power "OFF". (  Pages 33, 34)
4.
Remove the cover on the left side of the main unit
and remove the water fi lter drain valve.
 Loosen the water fi lter drain valve with a fl at-
head screwdriver and then pull it.

5.
Clean the fi lter with a tool such as a toothbrush.
 Also, remove any dust from inside the hole of
the water fi lter drain valve.
6.
Reinstall the water fi lter drain valve and cover.
 Insert the water fi lter drain valve and use a
fl at-head screwdriver to tighten it securely.
7.
Turn the power "ON". (  Pages 33, 34)
8.
Open the shutoff valve. (  Page 17)
