6.7 Support

The Support page provides means to access additional information in case of problems.
Click the Start button in the Capture network traffic section to start logging the network traffic on all
Ethernet interfaces of the dataFEED Gateway.
Once the Start button has been clicked, a new network capture file is recorded every 15 minutes. Recording
stops after about 25 hours or upon device restart.
The capture files are stored on the micro SD card. Thus, this feature only is available, if a writeable micro SD
card has been inserted in the dataFEED Gateway.
Click the Browse button in the Capture files section to access the previously recorded network capture files.
The files are suitable to be viewed using the free and open-source Wireshark packet analyzer tool (see
www.wireshark.org).
