For validation purposes please make sure that you follow the load‐
ing instructions given on the template.
 To minimise the risk of injury, the mobile unit should be loaded
from the back forwards and unloaded in the reverse order.
 All MIS instruments must be dismantled for reprocessing ac‐
cording to the manufacturer's instructions.
Shafted instruments with narrow lumens which cannot be disman‐
tled must be pre-treated in accordance with their manufacturer's
instructions.
 Do not place any items for processing which will cover other
items or trays which are overloaded on the lower level, as the
cleaning solution will not be able to reach the items sufficiently.
Before connecting hollow instruments, please make sure that all
hollow sections are free of blockages. Otherwise the cleaning solu‐
tion will not be able to access all areas properly.
 Any hollow items that have become disconnected from their in‐
jector nozzles, adapters or holders during processing must be re-
processed.
Instruments with monopolar or bipolar HF electrodes generally re‐
quire manual pre-treatment, e.g. with 3% hydrogen peroxide solu‐
tion. Refer to the manufacturer's instructions.
Instruments which cannot be dismantled, which have a rinsing con‐
nection can only be satisfactorily reprocessed if the manufacturer
has provided specific measures for pre-treatment.
