  • Page 4 - If not detected by the host system and the LED blinks rapidly, this may be an indication the host device does not provide enough bus power for the Envoy Pro FX to function. Try another port or host device.
  • Page 5 Begin troubleshooting by verifying that the included cable is properly plugged into the host device and the Envoy Pro FX. If the drive is still not working properly, try connecting the cable to a different Thunderbolt 3 (or later) port, or a different USB-C port on the host device. You can also try using a different host-port-compatible USB-C cable if one is available.
