Vehicles with front-wheel drive
– Attach suction line of suction-jet pump -arrows- and click in
place.
– Reconnect plug-in connector -2-.
Vehicles with all-wheel drive
– Connect suction-jet pump -B- and line -A-.
Continued for all vehicles
– Push flange -1- onto delivery unit -2-. When doing this, ob‐
serve fitting position of guide pins -arrows-.
– Position flange on delivery unit.
– Pull seal -A- over flange and insert it into opening in fuel tank.
– Insert seal for fuel delivery unit dry into opening of fuel tank.
– Coat inner side of seal with fuel.
