12. BATTERY REPLACEMENT

The unit contains an 80AH battery. A qualified battery/electronic technician is required to replace the battery. To replace the
battery, please contact customer service for details.

13. TROUBLESHOOTING

To trouble shoot the unit, please note the error code display on the main unit and review "Understanding the Error Codes"
PROBLEM
Insufficient run- time
Solar Charger indicator is
not ON when solar panel is
connected
Unit has no output
SYMPTOM
Battery is not fully charged
Battery is near the end of it's life
Solar panel cannot supply sufficient
power to start the solar charger
and charge the battery
Wrong wire connection on solar
panel junction box
Unit is off
Unit has shut down due to various
potential conditions
SOLUTION
Charge battery by leaving the unit plugged into the utility for
more than 24 hrs to fully charge the battery or leave the solar
panel plugged into the battery pod for more than 72 hrs
Replace battery or battery pod/s
Check location and direction of solar panel
Verify solar panel junction box connection
Turn unit on
Check utility, battery voltage, and unit settings. See Unit
