Getting started at first power on or after screwdriver change.

It is really important to initialize the controller and driver as a set, before attempting
to make any settings, as the information stored within the controller during testing
at time of manufacture may not correlate with the driver shipped with the system.
•
Connect screwdriver to controller with supplied cable
•
Connect controller power cable
•
Power on controller with power switch
•
Controller screen will display error message as below and screwdriver is locked.
