  • Page 3 Important Before you begin: Open, identify and count all parts prior to assembly. Lay out parts on a flat and non-abrasive surface. You will need the parts identified on page 3 and 4 of this instruction manual. NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE WIPED OFF WITH DAMP CLOTH.

    Hardware List Please read completely through the instructions and verify that all hardware listed are present before beginning assembly. 1- Cam Lock 2- Cam Bolt 3- M8 x 30 mm Wood Dowel 4- M8 x 20 mm Wood Dowel (x 30+1 extra) (x 30+1 extra) (x 30+1 extra) (x 12+1 extra)
  • Page 6 Assembly Instructions Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch. Attach Drawer Side Panels (I&J) to Drawer Back (K) using M5x32 mm Flat Head Screws (9). Then slide the Drawer Bottom (L) all the way into the grooves.
  • Page 7 Assembly Instructions Place the Hamper Left Panel (Q), the Hamper Right Panel (R) and the Hamper Front (U) on a level and protective surface with the holes facing up. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes, as shown in the illustration. Insert four M8x30mm Wood Dowels (3) into the inner end holes of the Hamper Back (S).
  • Page 8 Assembly Instructions Insert four M8x30mm Wood Dowels (3) into the pre-drilled small holes on back side the Hamper Front (U). Tap in with a mallet, if necessary. Make sure you use a small amount of glue with both ends of all dowels. NOTE: It is very important to use a small amount of glue on both ends of dowels.
  • Page 9 Assembly Instructions Attach a Handle (16) to front side of Hamper front (U) using the Handle Bolts provided. Unfold the Fabric Bag (W) and insert the Hamper Rod (V) into fabric socket as shown below. Then put the Fabric Bag (W) into the hamper by location the Hamper Rod (V) to the half slot on the Hamper Side Panel (Q&R) as shown below.
  • Page 10 Assembly Instructions Insert M8x20mm Wood Dowels (4) into the inner end holes of Drawer Crosser (O) and Hamper Crosser (X), .Tap in with a mallet, if necessary. Make sure you use a small amount of glue with both ends of all dowels.
  • Page 11 Assembly Instructions Align and attach Magnetism mass (19) to Front Stretcher (P) using four M3x16 mm Pan Head Screws (20) through holes on Magnetism mass into the pilot holes, as shown in figure below. Lay the Shelf Panel (B) and Tray Panel (N) on a scratch free surface. Align and attach Slide Tracks of 16” 3-packed Slide (17) to Shelf Panel (B) using three M3.5x12 mm Flat Head Screws (7) through holes on Slide Track into the pilot holes, Repeat the same procedure to attach the Slide Runners of 16”...
  • Page 12 Assembly Instructions Lay the Side Panel Left & Right (E & F) on a scratch free surface. Align and attach Slide Tracks (12 & 13&18) to Side Panels using three M3.5x12 mm Flat Head Screws (7) through holes on Glide Track into the pilot holes, as shown in figure below.
  • Page 13 Assembly Instructions Insert six M8x30mm Wood Dowels (3) into the back side holes of Front Frame (G). Tap in with a mallet, if necessary. Make sure you use a small amount of glue with both ends of all dowels. NOTE: It is very important to use a small amount of glue on both ends of dowels. Align the inserted M8x30mm Wood Dowels (3) on the Front Frame (G) with the drilled holes on the Bottom Panel (C), Side Panels (E&F) and press them together.
  • Page 14 Assembly Instructions Now, go back and tighten all Cam Locks and Screws. Make sure that all the parts are tight and there are no gaps between the pieces. This will help keep the unit square. Lay the Back Panel (H) to the back edges of the assembled unit, as shown. Make sure the overlaps on the panels are even all the way around.

    TIPPING RESTRAINT HARDWARE We have included one Tipping Restraint Hardware bag (22) for this unit. You must install this hardware to prevent accidents or injuries from falling unit. When properly installed, this restraint can provide protection against the unexpected tipping of the storage rack due to small tremors, bumps or climbing.
