7.1 Overview
7.1.1 Calculation and Analysis
The following instructions explain how to calculate, analyze (numeric calculation, judgement calculation
and statistics calculation) the inspection results of each checker and display the inspection results.

7.1.2 Outputting Data to External Device
Data that can be output to the external device
The following two types of data can be output to the external device.
Data
Descriptions
Judgement
Up to 8 of judgement outputs among judgement calculations set to judgement
Output
output can be output.
Data Monitor
The results of the numeric judgments quoted to the data monitor can be output .Up
to 50 of data can be quoted to the data monitor.

Parallel Output
Up to eight of judgement data are output. (See "Input and Output Timing" on page
Terminals D1-D8
209.)
RS232C/Ethernet
The judgement results and data monitor can be output by using one of the
CF
outputting ways above. (See "Selecting outputting ways" on page 219.

Descriptions
Calculates using the measured data. This feature allows you to calculate the data
and absolute values using four arithmetic operations, trigonometrical functions (Sin,
Cos, Atan). In addition, this function can judge whether the calculated results are
under the preset maximum/minimum values or not. Up to 99 of arithmetic
expressions can be set.
Judges the results of numeric calculation in complex manner and the inspection
results of each checker. The results can output to the external device (parallel ports:
D1-D8 and serial ports). Up to 99 of arithmetic expressions for judgement output can
be set.
Counts how many times numeric calculations and judgments output are judged
"OK" or "NG", and registers the maximum/minimum values and ranges (Max - Min.)
of the inspection results after turning on the device (or resetting the system) and the
average and variance values which were judged "OK".
Outputs to the external device and displays data in table form displayed during
inspection (or in RUN mode) by quoting the numeric calculations, judgments and
statistic data to the data monitor. As for the numeric calculation displayed during
inspection, you can change max./min. values.
