You can use this device on various blades. On the cap (2) are several
slots for different blades. The slots are marked with corresponding
symbols. Next to the symbols are white dots, which can be aligned with
the white dot on the housing by turning the cap. The cap should snap in
place.

Sharpening Knifes with Straight Edges

Align the dot next to the knife symbol
with the dot on the housing. Now the two parallel
slots appear on top of the cap. Press the button
(9) and draw the knife quickly and without
pressure through one slot and then through the
other. Hold the unit in place.

Sharpening Utility Knifes

Align the dot associated with the utility knife
symbol with the dot on the housing.
Now the slot for sharpening utility knifes is on the
side of the cap. Press the button and place the
blade with the sharpened side down in the slot.
Sharpen each wave individually with only light
pressure. Hold the unit in place.
