3. Beschreibung / Description

Der Vakuumerzeuger muss an den Vakuumanschluss [A]
angeschlossen werden.
Sobald der Palletizer mit der Saugplatte auf den
Werkstücken aufgesetzt wurde, ist ein Verfahren in
horizontaler Richtung nicht mehr erlaubt. Andernfalls würde
die Dichtplatte beschädigt.
Beim Montieren an das Portal [D] müssen die Schrauben
vakuumdicht eingeklebt werden und gegen lösen gesichert
werden.
Die Saugplatte bzw. die Dichtplatte (Schaum) dichtet
zwischen Werkstück und Greifer, sodass die Werkstücke
angesaugt werden können.
Am Anschluss [B] kann die Verschlussschraube entfernt

Suction plate
The vacuum generator have to be connected to the vacuum
connector [A].
Do not move the Palletizer in the horizontal direction as soon
as the suction plate has touched the workpieces. Otherwise
the foam / suction plate will be damaged.
Glue the screws so they are vacuum-tight and secure the
srew against lossening when installing onto the portal [D].
The suction plate / sealing plate (foam) seals between the
workpieces and the gripper, so that the workpieces can be
sucked on.
At the connector [B], the sealing screw can be removed and
