11. REGELKOMPONENTE / CONTROLS
Schmutzfänger
Schmutzfänger sollten regelmäßig von autorisierten Fachkräften
gereinigt werden. Die Häufigkeit der Reinigung ist von den Be-
triebsbedingungen abhängig.
Strainer
Strainers should be cleaned regularly by authorized personnel. The
frequency of cleaning would depend on operating conditions.
Sommer Bypass
Das Bypass-Thermostat hält die Vorlaufleitung warm.
Einstellbereich: 10-50°C.
Skaleneinstellung (indikativ).
Werkseinstellung 2,5.
Summer bypass
The bypass thermostat is designed to keep the supply line warm.
Setting range: 10-50°C.
Scale setting (indicative).
Factory setting 2,5.
AB-PM
Strangdifferenzdruckregler mit Durchflussbegrenzung
und Zonenventil
Das automatische Kombiventil AB-PM ist ein Strangdifferenzdruck-
regler mit Durchflussbegrenzung. Es dient als Δp-Regler, Durchfluss-
begrenzer und Zonenventil.
Wenn unter Teillast der verfügbare Druck steigt, schließt die Mem-
bran das Ventil und sorgt auf diese Weise für einen konstanten Δp
im geregelten Strang. Der Δp-Regler sorgt für einen konstanten
Differenzdruck im geregelten Strang sowie im Reglerteil des AB-PM.
AB-PM
Pressure difference controller with integrated flow limiter and zone
valve.
AB-PM is a combined automatic balancing valve with integrated flow
limiter. It is working as Δp controller, flow limiter and zone controller.
When available pressure increases at partial loads, the membrane
closes and thus keeps stable Δp inside the controlled loop. Δp con-
troller keeps constant differential pressure on the controlled loop
including the control part of AB-PM .
The control part of AB-PM is working as a flow limiter. This enables
to set both the design flow as well as needed Δp. The flow rate is
defined by presetting AB-PM, based on pressure demand of the loop.
