Step 6:
If a virtual keyboard is required, please go to Settings > Language and Input > Default, and turn
off the physical keyboard (or in some cases, turn on the on-screen keyboard) in the Select Input
Method screen, as shown in Figure 1-17. At this time the virtual keyboard will resume normal
operation.
