5.2. MOVING THE WORKBENCH FORWARDS UNDER ELECTRIC POWER

Note that the turning circle is large when the drive unit is extended.
1. Turn the drive switch forwards.
» The drive unit will extend.
2. Control the driving speed steplessly using the drive switch.

» Apply sufficient pressure on the drive switch depending on the weight of the laden work-
bench.
» Turn the drive switch forwards to the stop to achieve the maximum speed of approx. 4 km/
h.
3. To reduce the speed, reduce the pressure on the drive switch.
4. Release the drive switch early in order to allow the workbench to come to a halt.
» The drive switch will automatically revert to the central position.
» The workbench will continue to roll forwards under its own momentum.
5. When it is inactive, the drive unit retracts automatically.

Run the workbench in reverse only for short distances when positioning, not for continuous run-
ning. Note that the turning circle is large when the drive unit is extended.

» The drive unit will extend.
2. Control the driving speed steplessly using the drive switch.
» Apply sufficient pressure on the drive switch depending on the weight of the laden work-
bench.
» Turn the drive switch backwards to the stop to achieve the maximum speed.
