Sleep Monitor You need to wear the watch at night, and the watch will monitor your entire sleep schedule and analyze the quality of your sleep according to your nocturnal movements. 11. Please ensure the App staying on the front during firmware upgrade. DO NOT attempt to close the App once the firmware upgrade is started or the watch will no longer be workable anymore.
