INTRODUCTION

This manual is written to guide you and help you become familiar with the features and capabilities of your new
Stinger Laser. If you have any questions that are not answered here please visit our website at
or contact your local dealer.
The STINGER laser projector incorporates over 25 of the most popular aerial laser effects and features beam
targeting and chasing.
An extra wide scan angle is achieved by two high speed stepper motors driven by dual processors. This cutting edge
technology allows the STINGER to render high quality beam fans, tunnels, and other popular effects.
A Laser Aerial Beam Device (LABD) is not designed to project graphics images on a screen, wall, or any surface. It is
designed for aerial beam effects only. 4.95mW Laser effects are best viewed with fog machines or hazers.
Placement of your new laser should be given extra consideration. We recommend you point the laser above and
toward your desired audience viewing area.

GETTING STARTED

If others are in the room, please warn them before turning on the laser.
You should never look directly into a laser beam
The Food and Drug Administration recommends that you avoid direct eye contact with any laser source
above 1mW. Because Laser light is coherent, there is a potential for eye damage from even low levels of
laser exposure. The STINGER uses two scanners to move the light around which makes it safe.
