THIS END UP YOU MUST INSTALL CRANK MOUNT PLATES (F) TO THE OUTSIDE OF BRACKET AS SHOWN. MAKE SURE THESE HOLES ARE POSITIONED AS SHOWN. ASSEMBLED VIEW Figure 2 Mount the two Crank Mount Plates (F) to the bracket on the inside of the Pole Mounting Channel (E). The plates should be positioned as shown in Figure 2.

11. Intall the Upper Extension Arm (C) to the upper pivot holes in the Pole Mounting Channel (E), use the 3/4” X 1” Hex Bolt (H), 1 1/2” Thin Washers (AJ) and 3/4” Jam Lock Nut (I). Tighten completely and back off 1/2 trn as the bolt is used as a pivot and must move freely. Make sure you install the upper extension arm wth the crank pivot tubes at the top of the welded assembly.

16. You should now be able to crank the extension arms up and down freely by placing the Crank Handle (K) into the crank eye and turning the handle clockwise to lower and counter clockwise to raise. If the arms do not move freely, loosen binding pivot bolts. 17.
