7. How to install / use Android apps on PN-CD701
7-1. Preparation: Allow installation of 3'rd party applications. (Sideloading*)
• You can install the app from "Admin" menu.
• Please insert the USB flash drive that .apk files are stored in the root into the USB socket labeled "FOR CAM".
[Note] Please take care that only limited number of APPs are working.

"Install New Apps"
* "Sideloading" is a method to install some Android apps without using "Google Play Store".
PN-CD701 has been Android CTS (Compatibility Test Suite) certified, so it can be described as "Android inside" and the user/SI can install additional Android apps.
