– To protect your car battery against discharging, only in car operation there is an automatic switch-off after
approx. 3 hours. After the 3 hours the function display of the battery pack starts to flash.
3.4. Replacing the battery from the battery pack
If the heating pad only warms for a brief period with a fully charged battery pack, we recommend replacing
the battery in the battery pack with the original spare part (see 3.5).
To replace the battery, open the battery pack housing by pressing the two locking surfaces together and pulling
out the housing lid from the housing at the same time. Then remove the plug connector from the battery.
3.5. Spare parts
You can obtain the following spare parts directly from Beurer Customer Service:
• Battery pack (Item No. 206.081)
• Battery (Item No. 162.271)
• Battery charger (Item No. 546.003)
• Car adapter (Item No. 108.811)

4. Cleaning and Care

The battery-operated heating pad has a water repellent surface. A cloth or moist sponge, together with some
liquid detergent for fine fabrics if necessary, can be used to remove smaller stains. Never use any cleaning
agents containing solvents!
5. Storage
If you do not use the heating pad for longer periods, we recommend storing it in the original packaging in a
dry place without weighting it down.
6. Disposal
Please dispose of the appliance in accordance with the Directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment (WEEE). In case of queries, please contact the municipal authorities responsible
for waste disposal in your area.
The battery must firstly be removed (see 3.4) and also properly disposed of.
