The DSS reads all relevant parameters from a file.
If the specified file does not contain all required parameters, the
DSS will first use the current parameter values or system de-
fault values.
In addition to the "Block diagram" text, the path and name of the
specified file will be displayed in the title bar.
If only the "Block diagram" text is displayed in the title bar, you
may save the current settings in a new file.
If the path and name of a file is displayed in the title bar in addi-
tion, the DSS will save the current settings in this file and re-
place the previous values.
