    8.7) ASSEMBLY OF THREAD SENSOR AND FUNCTIONS 8.7.1) Functions of Thread Sensor The thread sensor detects the breaks of the upper and lower threads to prevent the creation of low-quality embroidery work. The smooth rotation of the thread sensing roller enables the sensor to detect thread break. Therefore, if the thread sensing roller does not properly rotate, the false detection of thread break might occur.
