If Quality Control Results Are Not in Range
Patient tests should not be performed until control results

2. Make sure neither the test strips nor the controls are past the expiration
date printed on the label.
3. Make sure the MEMo Chip matches the test strip lot.
4. Repeat the test again using fresh materials.
