13. Use Loctite.
14. Pull the rope through the eyelet and wind the pulley
and spring 8 turns. You should have at least ½ turn
before the spring bottoms out.
15. The recoil handle should snap into its seat.
16. When reassembling pull out some rope to facilitate the
seating against the pawls of the pulley.
