Beschreibung der Betätigungs- und Überwachungsfunktionen Nachdem das Steuerkabel des Sicherheitsfußschalters über die Steckvorrichtung (Pos.-Nr. 2) mit der Pumpe verbunden wurde, wird der Preßvorgang durch Betätigung des Sicherheits- fußschalters (Pos.-Nr. 7) ausgelöst. Als Zubehör steht alternativ zu dem Sicherheitsfußschalter auch eine Zweihandsicherungssteuerung zur Verfügung.

Hinweise zum bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch Es muß darauf geachtet werden, daß das Pumpaggregat standsicher auf einer ebenen Fläche mit einem maximalen Neigungswinkel von 15° aufgestellt wird. In Verbindung mit einem 2 m Hochdruckschlauch (Pos.-Nr. 8) ist das Arbeiten im Kabelgraben nicht möglich.

Es muß nach ca. 50-60 Verpressungen hintereinander, bzw. 30 min ununterbrochener Preßzeit, eine kurze Pause von mindestens einer viertel Stunde eingelegt werden, damit dem Gerät Zeit zur Abkühlung gegeben wird.

    Das Aggregat ist weitgehend wartungsfrei. Lediglich der Ölstand ist regelmäßig zu kontrollieren und das Aggregat ist nach möglichen Beschädigungen zu untersuchen. Die HK 12/2 EL besitzt ein außen angebrachtes Schauglas an dem der Ölstand jederzeit ohne Öffnen der Pumpe abgelesen werden kann.

Es ist empfehlenswert, das Gerät in regelmäßigen Abständen durch einen Sachkundigen zu warten, um einen einwandfreien Zustand vor dem nächsten Gebrauch zu gewährleisten. Verhalten bei Störungen Erreicht die Pumpe nicht Ihren vollen Druck, so kann Luft in das System eingedrungen sein. Abhilfe: Halten Sie bitte den Preßkopf tiefer als die elektrische Pumpe und betätigen Sie den Sicherheitsfußschalter bis die Preßeinsätze ihre Endlage erreicht haben.
