    Als erstes wird für die gewünschte Anwendung das geeignete Preßeinsatzpaar (Pos.-Nr. 7) bereitgelegt. Bei der EK35/4 wird der Riegel (Pos.-Nr. 4) ausgerastet (Bild 7 Pos. E) und der Preßkopf (Pos.-Nr. 3) geöffnet. Die Preßeinsätze (Pos.-Nr. 7) werden nacheinander in den geöffneten Kopf bis zum Einrasten eingeschoben.

A) leitet den Arbeits- vorgang ein, der durch das Zusammenfahren/Schließen der Preßeinsätze gekennzeichnet wird. Dabei befindet sich das auf das Kabel aufgeschobene Verbindungsmaterial bei geschlossenem Preßkopf in dem Preßprofil der stationären Hälfte des Preßeinsatzes.

Sie dürfen nicht ohne eine speziell zertifizierte Vorrichtung für den stationären Einsatz verwendet werden. Das Gerät ist nicht für den Dauerbetrieb geeignet. Es muß nach ca. 100 Preßzyklen hintereinander eine Pause von ca.

Verbindern unterschiedlich. Zur Kennzeichnung sind die Einsätze neben der Aufschrift noch farblich unterschiedlich ausgeführt. Achtung Es dürfen auch bei gleicher Kennzahl nur die für das Material vorgesehenen Werkzeugeinsätze verwendet werden.

Neue Akkus müssen vor dem erstmaligen Gebrauch geladen werden. Zum Herausnehmen des Akkus muß die Akkuentriegelung (Pos.-Nr. 6) betätigt werden (Bild 6+7 Pos C).

Aufbewahrung und Transport Um das Preßwerkzeug und das Ladegerät vor Beschädigungen zu schützen, müssen sie nach Gebrauch und nachdem sie gesäubert worden sind, in den Transportkoffer gelegt werden, der dann anschließend sicher zu verschließen ist.

Außerbetriebnahme/Entsorgung Die Entsorgung der einzelnen Komponenten des Aggregates muß getrennt erfolgen. Dabei muß zuerst das Öl abgelassen werden und an speziellen Abnahmestellen entsorgt werden. Achtung Hydrauliköle stellen eine Gefahr für das Grundwasser dar. Unkontrolliertes Ablassen oder unsachgemäße Entsorgung steht unter Strafe.

Brief description of the important features of the unit - The hydraulic unit incorporates an automatic retraction which returns the piston into its starting position when the maximum force is reached.
  • Page 28 First you have to select the right dies (Pos.-No 7) for the intended application. With the EK35/4 disengage the latch (Pos.-No. 4, picture 6+7 Pos. E) and open the crimping (Pos.-No. 3) head. The dies must be inserted consecutively into the open crimping head until they engage.

It is not allowed to use the tools in a stationary application. The tool is not designed for continued crimping operations. After a sequence of approximately 100 completed crimps you have to make a break of 15 min.
