BEFORE FIRST USE
PREPARATION OF FOOD
- To minimize the risk of burning the rice, wash the rice. As a result, the rice loses little nutritional
value.
- If you do not allow precooked rice to swell for 5 to 10 minutes before cooking, the cooked rice will
be softer.
- If you want to stew vegetables, prepare the vegetables accordingly.
WARNING! DANGER THROUGH BURNING!
During use, hot steam comes out of the steam valve.
Parts of the multicooker are getting hot.
- Hot steam comes out of the steam valve. Ensure a sufficient safety distance to all easily
flammable objects, eg. B. curtains and curtains.
- Do not touch the hot parts of the multicooker with your bare fingers during operation. Always
use heat-insulated cooking gloves or pot holders to touch the multicooker and its accessories.
Also alert other users to the dangers. After use, let the multicooker cool down before handling it
with your bare hands.
- Note that hot steam can escape from the steam valve and multicooker even after shutdown.
Keep enough distance to the steam valve.
- Make sure that the water does not overcook and run directly into the multicooker. Overflowing
water flows out through the bottom openings.
- Always keep the lid closed during operation.
- When you open the lid, hot steam comes out. Keep a sufficient distance and open the lid with
potholders.
DAMAGE AND RISK OF SHORT CIRCUIT
If you use the multicooker improperly, you may damage the multicooker, accessories, or other
items.
- Only fill the inner pot with water.
- Do not pour water directly into the multicooker. Fill the water only in the inner pot.
- Make sure that the inner pot on the outside is completely dry before inserting it into the
multicooker.
- Always follow the instructions given on the package. - Note the capacity of the inner pot (1,8l). -
Use only the supplied riceladdle or a wooden or plastic spoon to stir or serve the rice. Other
materials can scratch the inner pot. The first use may cause odors and smoke. This is not a
defect. This may be due to packaging and coating residues.
