Defect
The appliance is not
working.
The green indicator
lamp goes on and
off again at frequent
intervals.
The red „Power"
indicator lamp
does not light up.
If the malfunction cannot be corrected with the above suggestions, or if you have determined that the
malfunction may have other causes, please contact our Customer Service.

Cause
The mains plug is not connected to the
mains power.
The mains power socket is defective.
The appliance is defective.
The appliance is maintaining the
temperature. To do this, it has to heat up
briefly every so often. The green indicator
lamp goes out while the appliance is
heating up.
The appliance is defective.
Solution
Insert the plug into a mains
power socket.
Use a different mains power
socket.
