Replacement Procedure
(4) Replacement of Air Pump, Transformer
1, Take off the arm rest (left), the cover (arm rest
lower left) and the covers (under).
2, Take off the cover (PCB) and disconnect the
connector (CN206) connected to the PCB
(power).
3, Remove two cover (air pump) set screws and
take off the cover (air pump).
4, Remove the cord processing of the air pump.
5, Remove four fixing rubbers of the air pump
and take off the air pump.
6, Disconnect the connector (CN205) connected
to the PCB (power) and the connector (CN12)
connected to the PCB (main).
7, Remove the cord processing of the transformer.
8, Remove two transformer set screws and
take off the transformer.

(5) Replacement of Reclining Motor
1, Cut four bands and remove upside of the
cover (back cover under).
2, Remove eight cover (back cover) set screws,
take off the cover (back cover upper) and
the cover (back cover lower).

3, Take off the arm rest (right), the cover (arm
rest lower right), the arm rest (left), the cover
(arm rest lower left) and the covers (under).
4, Take off the cover (PCB) and disconnect each
connector of the reclining motor connected
to the PCB (power).
5, Remove each earthing set screw of the
reclining motor.
6, Remove each cord processing and disconnect
the cords.
7, Lay down the main body with its left side
facing downward.
