Random play

CD VCD
The tracks of the disc are played in random order.
1 During playback or stop mode, press
RANDOM on the remote.

The Random Play display appears
LED display
Each time you press RANDOM on the re-
mote, random play would be on and off.
The Standard Play display appears w hen
random is off.
÷ The menu is sw itched off w hen no operation is
performed for about 5 seconds.
At the time of VCD playback, this function operates
only w hen P.B.C. is OFF.

When the RANDOM key is pressed during playback, the
tracks of the disc being played w ill be selected in random order
for playback.
÷
After all tracks of a disc have been played in random order,
playback w ill stop. (Random mode w ill be cancelled.)
÷
When the RANDOM key is pressed during random playback,
return to normal playback w ill be made from that track on.
÷
(CD)
When All Disc Repeat is selected and the RANDOM key is
pressed, random playback w ill be performed for the disc being
played, and then the unit w ill shift to random playback of the
next disc.
÷
When a DVD disc is set at this time, the random mode w ill be
cancelled w hen the unit shifts to the DVD disc, and return to
normal playback w ill be made. The random function does not
operate w ith DVD discs.
