Using the Cleaning Tape

The drive head needs
cleaning or the tape is
bad

be damaged

be causing the problem
Cleaning has not been
accomplished and the
cleaning cartridge has no
remaining cycles
available.
Using cloth swabs, cotton swabs, cleaning agents, or
unapproved cleaning cartridges will void your warranty.
Use only an approved cleaning cartridge.
