LUX (Light Level)
Adjust the light level
that activates the light
The LUX Adjusting Knob (9) tells the sensor the level of darkness that must be reached
before the Light turns on.
Note:
If the Security Light is not operating at night due to interference from a streetlight or
other interference, turn the LUX knob towards the maximum setting (
dial as needed between the minimum and maximum settings to achieve the desired
level of sensitivity.
Lowest Setting:
If the dial is turned towards the moon icon, the sensor will only
trigger when it's dark. This is usually the best position for general
evening and night operation.
Maximum Setting:
If the dial is turned towards the sun icon, the light will turn on in
most situations ranging from dusk to daylight.
