Solution:
1
Upgrade SW and test again.

Add 3.0V voltage at the two sides of LED welding plate, check if the LED can be lighten.

Add soldering or replace Flash.
4
Check if L1702 is open circuit.
X-ray: check U1702 's soldering, add soldering and test again.
