Solution:
1 Re-insert or replace the T-flash card and test again
2 Visually inspect if the T-flash card socket has soldering deviation, high floating or is damaged
3 Measure the T-flash socket's supply voltage (U1602)
4 Re-solder or replace U1602
5 Re-solder or replace CPU
