Problem
The sensor fields become
hot.

Possible cause
The cookware is too large or
you put it too near to the
controls.
The sounds are deactivated.
Automatic Switch Off oper-
ates.
The Child Safety Device
function operates.
There is a fault.
The electrical connection is
incorrect.
The hob is too hot.

Too many attempts to clear.
Remedy
Put large cookware on the
rear burners if possible.
Activate the sounds. Refer to
"Daily use".
Deactivate the hob and acti-
vate it again.
Refer to "Daily use".
To reset the fault, deactivate
and activate the hob, after
light animation, when
appears, touch and then
within 3 seconds.
When you see the fault is
reset.
Make sure that the crown
and the flame cap are cor-
rectly positioned, and clean
the metal part of the flame
safety device.
Disconnect the hob from the
electrical supply. Ask a quali-
fied electrician to check the
installation.
Wait a few minutes for cool
down the hob. If possible,
put the large cookware on
the rear burners.
Follow the same procedure
as if appeared.
Wait for 15 minutes and fol-
low the same procedure as if
appeared.
