Initial settings on Konica Minolta device must be configured to enable PaperCut connectivity (see section 3.3.1.). There is a network outage that is stopping the connection from being established. Try accessing the web interface of the Konica Minolta device to check that a network connection can be established. The PaperCut server name or IP was not set correctly.
