7.2 Installation conditions

7.2.1 Dimensions shaft end with spline

The splines shall be lubricated, either oiled with hydraulic oil at assembly, or filled
with transmission oil from the connected gearbox. To avoid wear in the splines, the
installation must be within the specified tolerances in Fig. 9: Shaft installation
tolerances CA 10 - CA 20, Fig. 10: Shaft installation tolerances CA 30 - CA 40, Table 8:
Dimensions installation tolerances CA 10 CA 20tolerances and Table 9: Dimensions
installation tolerances CA 30 CA 40. The splines must be accordning to Table 7: Spline
data.
