    Touch Panel and User Interface MagCore® Plus II provides 7-inches full-color touch panel and easy-to-use user interface. Operator only needs to pay attention to the panel to know the current status, ending time and test report of the machine. The figure below shows the function list of the operation screen and the description of the status icons.

    ━ Disassemble the housing 1. Loosen the two bottom screws to about 3mm.

    ━ PLC Software Update 1.Tools for updating PLC software: (1.)a USB to RS232 adapter for DVP ES/EX/EH, or (2.)a RS232-PLC programming cable and a USB to RS232 converter. USB to RS232 adapter for RS232-PLC programming cable and a USB to RS232 converter DVP ES/EX/EH 2.Download PLC software update tool "EasyClient"from the link below and install.
  • Page 63 4.Turn the switch from "Run" to "Stop" on PLC (marked in frame), plug the PLC-RS232 connection cable and connect with the computer, then turn on the machine power. 5. After the machine power is turned on, open “EasyClient”, then select “write DVZ into PLC”...
  • Page 64 6.Click the folder (marked in circle), then select the PLC software for update, the filename extension is .dvz. 7.Select “Local (PLC COM Port)” and “COM Port” (please check COM Port number in device manager), select Baud Rate of 9600 bps, then click “Download”.

    ━ HMI Software Update 1.Copy HMI software to root directory of USB flash drive, insert the USB drive to the USB port. The HMI software update interface will open automatically after USB flash drive is detected, tap “Download”. 2.Enter password 111111 (six ones), check “Project”, then tap the folder icon.
