Step 1:
(Both HWR Kits)
Align the WSC cabinet(s) with the pilot holes on the worksurface and install it using #14AB X 1.00
screws items B and 1/4 flat washers items C from Hardware Kit HWR 144 leaving them loose.
Step 2:
(Both HWR Kits)
Align and install the support beams to the WSC Cabinet(s) using #14AB X 1.00 screws items D
and 1/4 flat washers items C from the above Hardware Kits.
Step 4:
(Both HWR Kits)
The frame should now be aligned on the worksurface to even the overhangs on the right and left
sides. Tighten all loose hardware at this time. Note: Do not over tighten the hardware that goes
into the worksurface as this could cause the wood around the screw to broke and become weak.
Note: If a lower metal shelf was purchase see pages 9-11 before going to step 5.
Step 5:
With the help of at least two other persons carefully roll the workbench right side up. Install the
drawers into the WSC cabinet(s) in their original locations.
Step 6:
Use the floor glides to level the bench when assembly is complete and it is put into position if
needed.
