Omni-Directional Operating To read a symbol or capture an image, simply aim the reader and pull the trigger. The Wasp WDI4700 is a power- ful omni-directional reader, so the orientation of the sym- bol is not important. The exclusive patented ' G reen Spot' for good-read feedback helps to improve productivity in noisy environments or in situations where silence is required.
Hands Free Stand/Holder Imaging The Wasp WDI4700 reader can also function as a camera by capturing entire images or image portions of labels, sig- natures, and other items. Hands Free Stand/Holder An accessory is available which holds the reader (except those with integrated stand) at a convenient angle, allow- ing hands free scanning of items.

Cleaning Procedure Cleaning Procedure Exterior surfaces and scan windows exposed to spills, smudges or debris accumulation require periodic cleaning to ensure best performance during scanning operations. Follow the procedures described in this instruction sheet to keep your device in good operating condition. DO NOT use abrasive pads or cleaning agents.
