Add an appropriate amount of
water or hot water.

Hold the power switch for
2 seconds or more to switch to
shaving foam mode.
The shaving sensor
lamp ( ) and charge
status lamp ( ) blink
alternately.
• After 15 seconds in shaving foam mode, the
shaver switches automatically to shaving sensor
mode. (See page 30.)
• Press the power switch during shaving foam
mode to switch to shaving sensor mode.

Press the blades gently in the
palm of your hand, mix the facial
cleanser etc. around and move the
blades up and down to make foam.
• If there is insuffi cient foam, add
slightly more water, hot water or
facial cleanser etc. to make it
easier to create foam.
►Notes
• Before making foam, check that the blades are not
broken or deformed, and that the cleaning shutter is
closed.
• Do not use shaving agent (excluding foam), facial
cleansing foam (with scrubbing compounds) or soap
as these may cause the blades to clog, or be unable
to make foam.
• We recommend using the shaver in an ambient
temperature range of 5 – 35 °C. If used outside this
range, the appliance may stop operating.
Using the shaver

Press the power switch to select the desired
shaving mode.
• Each time you press the power switch, the
shaving mode changes from "Shaving sensor
mode" "Normal mode" "OFF."
