Attendant Consoles
The DTAC can be used alone or with a Direct Extension Selector
Console (Selector Console). The setup you will use depends on
the size and needs of your company. This guide provides
instructions for using both consoles.

Direct Trunk Attendant Console Buttons
There are three types of buttons on your DTAC. Each is
represented in a special way in this guide:
TYPE
dial pad buttons
dark background buttons
with permanent labels
white background buttons
with changeable labels
Your DTAC has System Access buttons that you can use to place
and receive calls. These buttons, which are labeled with your
PDC (Personal Dial Code), give you access to outside lines and
system features.
NOTE: Unless otherwise noted, you must use a System Access
button for the procedures described in this guide.
