Risk of Product Damage
To avoid product damage:
– DO NOT open assemblies such as the motors,
pendant or junction boxes. No user serviceable
parts are inside. Contact dealer or Invacare for
repair/replacement.
– Ensure control box cover and all other
assemblies are closed.
– Unplug the power cord from its power source
before performing any maintenance on the
product. DO NOT unplug the power cord from
the junction box. Damage to cord will result.
CAUTION!
Risk of Product Damage
Mis-alignment of cable connections will cause
permanent product damage.
– To avoid product damage, all electric cable
connections MUST be aligned properly. Align
locking levers with locking tabs for proper
connection.
– DO NOT force the connector into the control
box.

DANGER!
Risk of Death, Injury or Damage
In the event of a power outage, the bed can
be powered by its internal battery (the internal
battery is optional for the CS7 and CS9FX600
models and standard on the CS9FX600 with
Trendelenburg). To avoid injury, damage or death
from controller malfunction or electrocution:
– The bed must remain plugged into the
grounded outlet for proper grounding when
powered by the internal battery.
– Charge battery through the controller. NEVER
attempt to charge the battery by any other
means.
– Internal battery, if present, should be tested
monthly.

Risk of Death, Injury or Damage
To avoid product damage and/or personal injury
from fall or entrapment:
– Invacare recommends the use of mattress
keepers.
