Once the instrument is set up correctly, measure the set of printed color swatches in sequence
from top to bottom, reading down each column before moving to the next column on the right.
When you complete the measurements, save the measured data as a "space-delimited" ASCII
text file. The format of the ASCII text file to be imported is as follows:
The symbol above indicates a single space. You must have one single space in place of the
box and only one single space.
If you are using a Microsoft Excel file:
■ In the Save as type field, select Formatted Text (Space delimited) (*.prn).
■ In the File name field, type the name as "filename.mpd" or "filename.txt". You must use
the quotation marks in the file name.
