Before ghtening bolts, drilling or cu ng where required, check to make sure there are no obstruc ons such as brake, fuel or electrical lines which may be damaged. Also keep in mind this is an a er- market product and MAY require minor shimming and/or trimming, reaming, etc. for proper fit. Road Armor is not responsible for any damages to vehicle. - Page 3 INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS 1 Unplug bumper wiring harness from the body harness 2 Remove (4) 13mm bolts each side of outer bumper support gussets 3 Remove under-run guards from both frame rails (18mm bolts) 4 Remove bolts from front by each tow hook to remove bumper 1 5 Remove factory tow hooks both sides using 15mm socket 3 2 x2 4 5 6 7 6 Fit up Road Armor bracket with factory tow hook and bolt on 7 Push on retainer clips using a deep socket, one per side for easier ma ng of bumper to bracket. 8 Disconnect factory fog light and separate harness from bumper and set aside 9 Remove fog lights as shown then re-install them into Vaquero bumper in reverse order // or LED cube OEM 9 8 LED 10 Get the bumper stabilized on a pallet li or table cart for safest install 14 11 Fit up bumper to brackets aligning the retained bolts with bracket slots 12 Once centered and sa sfied with fitment ...
