Using Allen wrench (metric size) to remove the 6
screws.

  • Page 3 2.Assembling mech seal. Spray water on the shaft as lubrication. Place the stationary part in position and press in. Assemble the rotary parts. To load washer sequentially & protective cap Identify impellers – shorter shaft is the 1 stage while longer one is 2 stage.
  • Page 4 Assemble the 1 stage impeller. Assemble intermediate chamber. Assemble the 2nd stage impeller. Tighten up the stud bolt. Install O-ring onto pressure tank. Install the pressure tank. (make sure it is clean) (arrow on top position)
  • Page 5 Identify different sizes of stud bolts. Install shorter stud bolts on the red circled places. Tighten up the stud bolts.
